Those who know, don't talk..

This error pops up everytime I try to send a PM, whether I use Firefox or IE.

The following error or errors occurred while posting this message:
The letters you typed don't match the letters that were shown in the picture.

I can't locate what sounds like a 'captcha' anywhere on the page so I have no clue how to send them. Any help would be appreciated.
