Okay, I've a question.  On page 31 of Street Magic there is an optional rule for Adepts taking Geasa for specific powers for a Power Point discount on those powers.  Using this optional rule, Geasa isn't taken as a negative quality per se, but instead is applied to specific power(s) so that if the Geasa isn't met the power(s) can not be used.

I've a couple of questions regarding this rule:

1.  Is it used/allowed here?

2.  If so, how would you input it?  Just put it in the notes section of the power even though the character generator won't do the math? 

Any help would be appreciated.

As an optional rule, I'd think it would have to clarify as a house rule or a gm specific rule - For the entire alpha game, there are no house rules, so core/canon rules are the norm.

I'd think that if you wanted to organize your own gaming group/campaign where as GM you allowed that rule, then the +sheet could be modified using the notes comment as you said.
Then the particular +Sheets used for that group would not be utilizing rules outside of everyone else's build for general rp/scene, and then as a group you could have particular use of optional rules.  This is your sandbox, yes, but you have to establish yourself as seperate but whole, if that makes any sense, from the rest of the 'base.
