It'd be an excellent battle form, though.
Fire panther, let's go!

I've noticed a total lack of mage twinkage. We've seen adept twinkage out the wazoo but no actual mage type. I've seen maybe...-MAYBE- 3 in the 18 pages that we have?

Not just Adept, CYBERED Adept.
There's a difference.

Said it before and I'll probably end up saying it again: Magicians (not Mystads, they're a whole other story...), differ mostly in terms of spell selection, tradition and metamagics, and none of those really require you to change an actual sheet very much. The nice thing is that luckily, mages don't really have to be all that different numbers wise: You can take the exact same sheets, mix up the spell selection and come out with a Seer-like character who detects lies and controls minds or you could end up with a full on Combat mage who casts Demolish Guns on people before levitating out of melee range and raining Manabolts on everyone. Low level Magicians often achieve twinkhood more through clever execution than through leveraging a sick character sheet.

And a magician is more prone to twinking out in one of two ways. Summoning high level spirits for possession or not, and casting spells at well above their magic rating to kill someone cold.
That's it really. And then it just matters which combat spell you chose to destroy people with and how well you are going to do it against other mages (cause counterspelling could spell your doom).
The latter way of twinking is also a single-fire weapon of doom. You let off your force 12 manaball and then you fall over dead.

Character Name: Lucky Seven
Synopsis: Lucky hasn't it made it through life on his good looks (Which he lacks), his force of will and resolve (Which he lacks), his surprising degree of Logical Analysis (Which he lacks)... He's alive today because, well, he just got lucky.
I'm not sure if I would call this character 'twinky', as it is lacking in several serious departments, with plenty of vulnerabilities. However, with excellent Initiative, and plenty of perception, stealth, and automatics dice, Lucky can excel in a Recon/Scout role. With only Body 4(5), and no unarmed combat skill, he'll prefer to engage from a distance, and with ample amounts of cover.
And, of course, if he ever finds himself in a position where he doesn't quite have the right tool, or skill, for the job a ridiculous Edge Attribute ensures he just might get Lucky.
Bottom Line: Might be a fun character with some perks, if you can get over some glaring disadvantages.
(DISCLAIMER: My head is pounding with a nasty hangover, as I drafted this up, so I haven't checked the math more than once.)

All this debating lately about how worthless cyberlimbs and reaction enhancers are has got me feeling rather saucy, so I made a hacker (of all things) that combines both. And he actually doesn't suck, although he lacks the initiative passes to run with the big boys in a firefight. He can dish it out though if he happens to win initiative, however. I also strongly considered dropping his natural logic to one and picking up four levels of influence too, since logic isn't as vital as one would expect for a hacker. Critique away.
EDIT: I broke my own cardinal rule with this guy. I forgot to take perception at 4. I'm too damn tired to tweak it any further atm, but I imagine I'd just end up dumping the athletics group and taking gymnastics at 4 and putting some of those points in to perception, or else shave a couple of points off of logic. Regardless, the character is otherwise sound and those are easy fixes.

You guys are amateurs. I haven't seen anything that my troll twink mage could not obliterate while playing with himself.
Though I do wonder, wtf is a Tramp Stamp? (I'm getting old, aren't I?)
