I'm with the no needed bennies for this idea crowd.

A team has enough benefits of it's own that it doesn't =need= any house ruled idea to make it more appealing. If someone wants to be the lone gunman, or the like in SR then they take a LOT of risks. It's much more beneficial for survival in SR to have a trusted team. Sure there's nothing stopping you from going on a cheaper run with people you don't know. There's also nothing stopping a team from outsourcing some talent. If you have a high job run coming up, and you have a 'team' then chances are, they'll be there too. So there is nothing stopping you all from going together. If you know a run is going to be hard, I'd rather have a team of people I knew and trusted and worked well with than some people I didn't really know. Things get sloppy then.

ICly, and OOCly, there is already enough benefits in place for forming a 'team' and nothing more needs to be added.
