What's the verdict on PCs owning a Business/Front for operations.

Like, say, if I wanted to own a room with the word 'Laundrymat' across the front, and an exit from the street, into my cozy little room?

I'm sorry if you misinterpreted my almost gibberish to mean that your question had already been answered.  I meant that it will be answered once the public and private +spaces are fully operational.  There has already been a lot of talking about the subject of player owned business, but the people in the position to make decisions said they would wait for the code to be in before they made any.  There is a stimulating debate archived hereabouts:
