I usually kept logs of any meetings/scenes that I determined were important enough to my characters to review later or that were of scenes I wanted to submit to RPStaff for possible karma consideration, since they were entertaining in some fashion.  Back when I was a lot more serious about the game, I would re-read scenes later on to see if there was anything I may have missed, which is definitely useful if you think that your character is the type that has an attention for detail.  For instance, any meetings my characters would have had with the Yakuza or the Mafia would definitely be logged; moreover, any potential scenes where I though my character's life might be at stake, I logged.

I would have a lot more WHO lists, but unfortunately logs I sent into RPStaff I deleted everything but poses/emits/dialogue from as that was the standard for submittal.  I've had some requests from people who I RP'ed with in the past to send them copies of any RP Logs I may have that had them in it, so for those people, I will take a look this weekend and see if I have anything interesting with you in it.

I apologize if I've offended anyone with an old fogey comment. It was meant as a joke, and only a joke. A tease aimed at those who've been here since the beginning or cloes to it.  I have no problems bringing up old WHO lists or sharing good memories of the past, in fact, they are great to get the interesting going in people new to the game. I have a bunch of old logs myself.   Once again, I meant no offense.
