It's great that we have the snapshot posts, however, what if they're no longer applicable when Runner Havens is released? Will the grid be redescribed, or will we skip the new text for the time being?

When it comes out, we'll review and see what's applicable and what isn't. Depending on how much, if anything, would need to be changed, we'll discuss it at that point.

That's because you're an employee of Megadodo Publications, home of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the most totally remarkable book in the whole of the known Universe.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy has the words DON'T PANIC printed in large friendly letters on the cover...

...

...never mind.

Or read the books. Or listen to the radio plays. It's all good.

Population numbers are plus a couple hundred thousand. Redmond is never referred to as Touristville.

Only commonalities are the Rat?s nest and the Plastic Jungles. Unfortunately, there is no index of places showing what still exists like what New Seattle had to include the described places in the original Seattle Sourcebook that were glossed over in New Seattle. There are a few new places, some that have a bit of rp value, but nothing that will be sorely missed if they are late to arrive.

On the plus side, nothing is mentioned as taking a Thor shot from an orbital platform, so it looks like the old places are still standing by default. More acid rain, more clouds. The only real question is whether or not the Jackel?s Lantern has an AR overlay of giant pumpkin to hide the crumbling fa?ade of the building. Tongue

Short story shorter: Any changes indicated by Runner Havens are cosmetic and minor.

We're not planning to add anything. At most, we may change some current locations. If there are any that people find necessary, post 'em and we'll see about adapting one of the current spaces.
