I will paraphrase one of our past players on this subject:

"Same shit, different year."

This conversation has happened at least once every year for the past 10 years. No one ever comes to an agreement.

It boils down to the fact it doesn't matter what we put into the +scan, people are going to play they way they are going to play, all others be damned.

And as I recall, The Director has stated that Charisma WILL NOT be in the +scan. So deal.

I would also like to say that if it really comes down to that point, where someone really wants to know your Charisma...they can always ask.  While you're under no obligation to tell them, the option does exist.
