The following code is good to go. Some will still need some tinkering, but all seems to be currently playable. Thanks to Eljer and Shade (who is a coding maniac) for these items:

WHO argument
+3WHO
+monitor
+contents
invnum
herenum
+join
+summon
+staff
+roll
+where
+isolate
+whine (yeah, we had to have this one...)

There are a few other items as well...everything is being loaded in to the +help system as we go.
