Seems an upgrade last month has wrought havoc with the db system, so we're seeing if we can get that sorted out. Failing that...perhaps detonation is in order (j/k).

It may be a little more tricky to solve this than originally thought. Our provider says it may take a week or two to investigate why we're having issues, though it could be we just need to restart. We'll keep you posted. Otherwise, again, please be patient while we try to iron out the new accounts issues.

I changed the account creation code to work around the database issue. The changes have been emailed to Noor. You should now be able to create new forum accounts.
