I'm loooking to be returning home December 29th and on the 30th I'm looking to attempt my run.  It looks like it could be a multi-day run so I'm looking to run it on the 30th-1st (Of course, if needed, I can cancel out the 31st) and if need be, wrap up on the evening of the 2nd or 3rd.  I've never done a real run before as  a GM, so bear with me.  I've got a few things planned out (of course, in a way that it is ultimately flexible for the players) so that I can hopefully keep things moving and entertaining.  I'm looking for no more than 5 players with 3 being the minimum.

We'll be running a published shadowrun called: Dawn of the Artifacts: Dusk (So don't read it if you've got it!!!)  Here is the opening excerpt for the run:

Seems like every other job these days has to do with tempo, drugs, or the fallout from the recent "restructuring" of the criminal underworld.  It's been a dangerous few months, with every major and minor player in the sprawl fighting tooth-and-nail for their place.  Even the news is obsessed with tempo, and it seems like right now, every trid channel is covering yet -another- tempo-fueld crime spree.

Outside, the acid rain is pouring down, and the automated weather service has just put out a warning for sleet and snow later in the evening.  All in all, it's a miserable Saturday morning.  Wouldn't it be nice to just get away from it all?

While you're buried under these pleasant thoughts, a familiar ping alerts you in AR.  It's your fixer (or Sigil, or some other contact).  If you want to eat, you gotta work, so you answer the call.

"Hey omae(chica), I gotta special request from a Ms. J.  Seems she's in the need for a team to accompany her on a short jaunt overseas.  Someplace tropical, she says.  If you're interested, she wants to meet tonight.  The 77 Club in Renton.  She's got a room reserved for 5 o'clock sharp.  Here's the addy and a code to broadcast when you get there.  Lemme know if you're not interested, because I might take the fraggin' offer myself."  Just when it seems he's about to cut the connection, he adds.  "Oh yeah, dress nice."

Any search about the 77 Club comes up with nothing.  Asking around to your contacts will at best grant you with:  It's a rumored meeting place for the up and up...  Other than that, you'll get nadda. (You're about to go there in a couple hours anyway)

Again, I'll be returning to my normal home connection on the 29th, so I'm looking to kick this all off on the 30th (That's a Wednesday) at around 7pm CST.  I can easily make adjustments to the time as needed, but the dates (30th-3rd with the 2nd being a late nighter) are set in stone.  If interested, either post on here (especially if you want the time adjusted!), PM me, or use the @mail system in the game (though I probably won't get to that until the 29th).

I can be there with Craft or Arctic. Rant wouldn't fit in I don't think, trying to get him to 'dress nice' would be an effort in futility. Or, I can make someone new Let me know.

I should be able to make that. Andromeda is a solid hacker with a surprising physical competence. I could play something different but my new character is still waiting for an introduction since it didn't quite happen last run. So probably it will be Annie.

Barring some sort of work-related disaster, I should be able to make the 30th. That would be Adelaide, yes indeed.

Good stuff.  We've got a good-everything person (Bubblegum) whatever green elf plays (Street Sam or Mage, right?), a 'decent hacker I guess through Andromeda (j/k, she's awesome) and Adelaide's unique summoning and spell talents.  I can maybe fit one more person in to make a 5 person team.

I have Street Sam, Physad, and mage who could all go on that one. So whichever works best for you.

I'll join you if there's room.  I have a Shaman and a Street Samurai.  Whichever is more necessary for the group.
