After the support code is finished and the handful of destinations have been been built, the Builders primary responsibility will be to help players set up their public and private spaces.

The current vision is that upon renting the space, the item will go to queue for Builders to answer.  via command the Builders will add the relevant and desired info.  They will make sure any descs/auras that the player wants are appropriate and within the spirit of the destinations theme...and for those players who don't have the creativity to write their own, the builders will help them achieve their vision.

Once all the needed data is in place, the builder signs off on it via command and it suddenly appears/is accessible.

Bldr's will not be second class <name>BLDR accounts...they are a legitimate and needed part of Administrative staff.

Good call. Especially since you won't need an army of them.
