As I note in a thread over at Dumpshock, Arsenal includes submarines.

However, most curiously, Arsenal (nor SR4) does not include zodiac boats, so often used by special operations teams (or their analogues, like shadowrunners) when inserting from submarines.

Anybody want to help me stat out a zodiac boat?
