Tried to squeeze in one last project for august. You can now buy the specific program you need, name and rating, itself instead of adding a note to the glitched method prior.  Prices and availabilities are now accurate as well.  This is for Web Chargen as well as ICS.

When using ICS, some of the entries are cut off from the search queue. Try specifiying your search, but keep me posted of any input errors.

Regarding the non-functional +install command?  I think it might work for cyberware but not bioware.  Have you tried categorizing all the bio, nano, and gene ware as cyberware?  That might be worth testing, and if it works it's a stop-gap that wouldn't require any new coding.
