Back in business

>>>>>[Hoi, chummers! Following a 12-year, 10-month sabbatical from Shadowrun GMing, a crippling bout of nostalgia has inspired me to cook up some plots and see if we can do some business. Armed with a brand new set of sourcebooks and a shaky understanding of SR4 gameplay mechanics, I hope to spin a storyline together that will include as many people as possible.
I have some story arcs in mind and now I need actors. I will do my best to tailor my content to your characters and interests. Always wanted to play an adept face? An Amerind ganger? That smoking-hot weapons specialist from the core rulebook? Let me know and odds are good that I can work it in. I have a big, blank canvas and now I need lots of colors and brushes.
I also intend to do quick hits, those 1-2 hour sessions that are entertaining but still let you get to bed before sunrise. I plan to steal shamelessly from popular culture, old sourcebooks, and William Shakespeare to put together some good outings. I want to organize a smart game, one with good RP and tight situations that require sharp thinking and timely dice rolling.
If this sounds like your cup of soycaf, then send me a PERSONAL MESSAGE with a quick description of your character(s) or ones you would like to play, your favorite kind of plots, and what time you are generally available (including your time zone). I won't be doing anything big for a couple weeks at the earliest, but there might be some small jobs here and there so that I can get a feel for things.
Who knows? We do this right and we might make our own BTL. After all, I'm interested in the same things you are...

I'm in.
Next time I catch you on I'll show you the sheet and crap. And I'll work on actually fleshing out the BG finally given that the admins ahve basically said that this is now the game as it's goign to be for a good long while.
I didnt want to put in too much work when it was intitally only a very temporary game.
