Try them out. +help sheetchanges will explain the syntax. Currently there is no way to 'edit' an existing contact's Loyalty rating. I'll figure that out sooner or later. For now, just delete and re-add.

During the testing phase, two (maybe more) Contacts were removed from some of your +sheets. Tequila Pete and Dr. Daniela Templeton. If you had these contacts before, please add them once again.
