That was what I thought. If he gets close, then he's gonna hurt someone pretty bad. And with a little pistol for when he can't get close, he should be able to get away, hide, and drop out of sight.

Well glaring thing I can see is that you're starting off with a 3 DV for killing hands. 4 if you round up (Can't recall off the top of my head if you round up or down for that). Even with 16 dice you're looking at on average 4 hits, which will only do 5 or 6 Damage assuming the defender gets only 2 or 3 hits. So it'll be hard to one shot people. If you want to make a beat down character then you're really needing something like ork, troll, or just more strength.

Might consider ditching Killing hands and just picking up a type of bone lacing (Plastic is pretty decent for low essence impact and low nuyen cost), but that wouldn't be as effective against spirits so it's an either or thing.

I figured that in, also. 4 levels of critical strike adds +4 DV, plus another +2 DV from two levels of Muay Thai martial arts. I was figuring about 8DV per punch, I think it was.
