I just created a new account and am trying to create a character to join in the fun. The problem is that when I enter my login and password into the chargen login screen it tells me that no such user exists. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you logging in as crash2029?  Using the same password as for the forum?  Does your browser have cookies enabled?  The answer to all of those should be yes.  That's all I know, if it doesn't work someone else will need to step up Wink

One more thing, did you try to log in while also logged into the forum?  You might have to do that.  Or maybe you have to log in while NOT logged into the forum.  I forget.  It's one of the two, so try both...

One thing that was a problem was something strange encountered by one or two players.  Make sure you clear the information fields for username by highlighting the entire blank space.  for some browsers, these fields are offset and the username/password entries have a large series of spaces preceding their entry when attempting access.

So, make sure you are at the actual first space of each field by highlighting and deleting any blank spaces you find.  It's odd ad I can't explain it outside of testimony.

I believe I fixed the "odd blank spaces thing" in the login screen. FireFox treated the blank spaces (which hide code to retrieve a cookie) as I expected, but Internet Explorer preserved and displayed the spaces. Anyway, it was a simple fix and it's done.
