Okay, so...I've registered, and I have a telnet client (Use SimpleMU). However, when I attempt to log into shadowrun, either the old address shadowrun.dnaco.net 4201 or the new one game.seattle.org 2012 I come up with the two following responses respectively:

Classic Seattle has moved! Join us at New Seattle: Shadows
Evolved. For information, visit our forum at http://forum.newseattle.org or our MUSH location game.newseattle.org Port 2012.

Cannot connect - Host address or Port cannot be blank!

HELP!! The address and port are NOT blank and I can't connect using the original address. Any ideas or suggestions? Maybe my brain has shorted out but...I'm not getting it. Huh

Okay. Start by logging in here:
http://www.newseattle.org/chargen/chargen.php

This will create your MUSH login. The error message you're getting from SimpleMU may be misleading. Try again after you log into CharGen.

I just downloaded SimpleMU to test some code, and I encountered the same error. Did you sort out the solution already?

For SimpleMU using a : in the site definition name seems to produce this error. I created a definition called "Test", and it worked fine. I cloned it as "Test 2" and "Shadowrun: New Seattle". Test 2 worked, and Shadowrun: New Seattle returned the error. Cloning "Shadowrun: New Seattle" into "New Seattle" did not work, but cloning from "Test 2" into "New Seattle" does work.

THat's so weird!! When I redid the info, just renaming the title of the website without the : it worked and I'm connected. Thanks so much!! Smiley
