I'm working on developing two things and would like feedback. I'm throwing it out to various networks that I'm on and online gaming is a network, so ...

#1. Call Center Development & Usage Blog - http://blog.c3oc.com/ -- I'd love feedback, even if you don't really know anything about contact centers. The blog's meant to help people both in the industry as well as those outside to understand how they can be leveraged.

#2. Call Center Discussion Forums - http://forums.c3oc.com/ -- This is probably more relevant for people in call centers or looking to hire one/start one in their company. This one's REALLY in the beginning phases (i've only got about 10 members at the moment), so feedback and suggestions are also welcome.

Thanks for your help, in advance.
